Due to the expansion of the Group , AFGRE our Real Estate division is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager.
Skills

•A post graduate degree from a reputable university;
•7 plus years of experience in customer service role within a real estate environment;
•sound knowledge of Commercial/Residential Property Management in UAE;
•Has a fundamental understanding of landlord/tenant relationships and UAE property law;
•Strong background in system development and implementation
•Ability of defining problems and develop valid conclusions
•Excellent people skills and experience in managing a team
•Ability to display a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels (Clients/tenants, staff, co-workers, seniors, contractors and landlords)
