What are we looking for?
A high calibre individual who can lead PepsiCo and the industry in complex high impact SHW regulatory issues across AMENA with focus on MENA/GCC.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of SHW regulatory issues and drivers particularly MENA/GCC but with the ability to lift and shift best practices in the rest of AMENA.
Outstanding ethics based strategic leadership, networking and written and verbal communications skills resulting in the ability to quickly gain trust and alignment with senior management and effective advocacy with all relevant external stakeholders.
Excellent management skills to lead a team of a direct report and a network of indirect reports.

Strong crisis management capabilities.

Are you up for the challenge? You'll be rewarded with global career opportunities, constant learning and development, and the opportunity to be part of a highly successful and highly ethical company that is making a difference.
