Job Description:
GE DIGITAL Professional Services will lead GE DIGITAL service activities within MENAT. Responsibilities will include the following: service revenue and growth, deployment of standard offers, upgrade/migration services, consultative services and oversight of a Service team. This position will manage a Region and Product Service team to design high functioning service models that meet market needs.
• Through effective leadership, ensure the delivery of high quality service and delivery within the Zone, Product, or Service offering, including the assessment services opportunities and deployment of a full portfolio of services and/or solution offerings, based on customer need.
• Act as the local expert for Automation, Manufacturing and Asset Performance Management offerings on Predix
• Partner and collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution in delivering solutions to customers.
• Optimize operational processes within the Zone or Product in order to effectively deliver a full portfolio of products and services
• Leverage internal relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, business leadership and other Service organizations to enhance business performance and customer experiences
• Drive continuous improvement, process excellence and productivity within the Zone or Product.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures
• Measure and monitor overall customer satisfaction, manage major customer escalations and drive best in class customer service excellence throughout the service organization
• Lead the continued evolution of the Services organization. Participate in and strengthen the partnership between Sales and Service in order to provide seamless customer service and rapid response and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen
• B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in a leadership position with direct responsibility for a service team
• Minimum 5 years managing large scale projects that includes working with external customers.
• Proven ability to champion new ideas, with strong execution skills and proven ability to translate ideas into actions
• Proven leadership abilities and experience with leading cross functional teams and successfully driving large scale changes
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization
• Ability to travel 30% or more

• 3+ years of experience as a manager
• Strong track record of building a high performance team; attracting, developing and retaining talent
• Demonstrated success in working with customers to resolve complex issues and develop solid business relationships
• Experience with GE Proficy products
• Strong background in industrial software products
