The Quality Assurance Engineering Director is responsible for ensuring development and delivery of quality products and services by taking the ownership of quality assurance engineering through out product development lifecycle.

Develop and execute test cases and procedures from use-cases and requirements
Develop and maintain manual and automated test procedures
Partner with development and program management for timely resolution of defects
Required
15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including
5+ years of security SW engineering
5+ years of mobile or desktop application development or QA engineering
5+ years of SW development/QA team management
Proficient in C/C++ or Java
Proven ability to manage/lead security SW product engineering from concept to delivery
Experience with building manual and automated test plans and procedures
Experience with leveraging automated testing for continuous verification and delivery
Leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to grow a QA team
BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Hands-on Android, iOS, Linux, Windows or OSX SW development experience
Expert with C/C++, Java, Objective-C or Swift programming
Experience with cloud-based security product engineering and delivery experience
Expert in Agile/Scrum or Spiral development methodology
Experience managing a large scale commercial security SW development or QA engineering
