Productivity Director Amena Pepsico Dubai

The AMENA Productivity Director owns the AMENA Sector Make & Move Productivity and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) agenda, including development of the Operating Productivity Pipeline to ensure delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Year On Year (YOY) productivity targets across the four regions (APAC, India, China, MENA).
Based in Dubai and reporting to the AMENA Vice President (VP), Productivity & Performance, key accountabilities include:
Co-lead with Supply Chain Regional VP's productivity targets and initiatives across the full Supply Chain.
Lead the blue box productivity initiatives in order to achieve incremental productivity targets across the AMENA sector.

Lead roll-out of PepsiCo Best Practices and Tools on Productivity
own AMENA Sector LSS approach including aligment of priorities, capability building plan and execution governance.
Ensure that Lean 6σ philosophy and methodology is imparted to Senior Management and Middle Management to help facilitate and identify productivity opportunities.
Work closely with Finance Planning and ensure Global Corporate guidelines and definitions are rolled-out to all businesses consistently.
Conduct training and ensure all businesses are cross-calibrated, tracking all projects and reporting timely on progress. Co-facilitate roll-out of Power Steering to all businesses, and drive upgrades to meet requirements of businesses and financial reporting.
Lead the Productivity sessions across Commercial Units, and major Franchise Owned Bottling Operations (FOBO) to help identify and develop a pipeline of productivity ideas in support of PepsiCo Strategic Plan (PSP) and AOP.
Maximize Lift and Shift opportunities, work closely with the field in developing field-ready tools sets that facilitate re-application of initiatives across several markets.
Lead benchmarking exercises, internally within AMENA businesses and externally against other Regions/Sectors and industry, to drive further transformational productivity.
Lead Productivity planning process, challenge and stretch businesses to meet and/or exceed corporate guidelines on Compressible Productivity.
Co-lead the development and reporting of Region Performance scorecard, action plans, etc and drive development of tools to support improvement in key opportunity areas.
Work closely with Sector/Global Productivity Leads, Consultants, and drive alignment with the different stakeholders, securing funding and resources.
Lead Region Productivity Council and align local processes and tools to comply with Global direction.
Co-lead development of Best Practices and Tools to support Productivity process. Align Global and Local team, secure funding for development, pilot and roll-out.
Accelerate Operations productivity by supporting Indirect OOS initiatives and play important role in defining strategies and identifying initiatives with Regional, Sector & Global category teams.A strategic thinker and planner, and strong and agile leader, you will thrive in a very fast paced environment, be able to navigate and flourish in a complex matrix structure, and drive for and achieve results through people, without direct control. You will possess a high level of executive maturity, and exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation, across a wide cultural geography.
What are we looking for? A degree qualified Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineer with minimum 10-12 years years experience in Supply Chain within a multinational FMCG organisation, including prior management of a large, complex, multi-line manufacturing operation, and supply chain transformation and productivity expertise. Will ideally be LSS Master Black Belt certified and a LSS trainer.
