Job Description:
Role and Responsibility
Serve a critical role in the Energy and Resources practice and be involved in appropriate practice management issues to achieve the objectives and goals of the office and function
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Consulting, and make a positive impact on the practice
Has a distinctive client base to which he / she provides services and sells work
Demonstrate ability to create better business through the sale of work (new / more) to existing as well as new clients
Serve as a role model, lead and develop others and embody the standards and values of the Firm.
Engage in staff management, resource management and finance management as well as training and education of staff and colleagues

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or any other relevant area
10-12 Years of Tier 1 Consulting experience ( solution design through to delivery)
3-5 Years of successful track record leading market development and client sales and relationship management for power utilities ( Generation, Transmission and Distribution ) with expertise in strategy and operations advisory solutions and thorough knowledge of electricity market administration, structure and supply mix
It is a plus to have experience in smart grid implementation and demand side management (DSM)
Must have Middle East experience
Articulate, C-level facing and presentable
Collaborative, team player and business savvy
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to think creatively to solve client issues
Ability to understand, mitigate and manage risk
Superior communication skills (English and Arabic)
Excellent people management and development skills with a strong focus on teaming
